It is invested by Hung Thanh Ltd. - a member of NBB. It is locaed in Ward 16, District 8, HCM City. Project area is 1.94 ha, floor area is 112,298 m². This project involves building three high-rise apartment blocks - two 14-floor blocks and one 20-floor block, including a basement, a 4-floor commercial center, swimming pool together and 736 apartments. Total estimated investment is 914bn VND, 95% of which is financed by NBB. The expected completion time will be in March 2011. Until 31 December 2010, this completed all legal procedures and finalized the apartments and commercial center. 577 out of 736 apartment have been sold out.

Progress:

Inaugurated the flat sample on 22^nd November 2008 at the project's location.
- Breaking-ground ceremony of basement on 30^th December 2009.
- Completed reinforced concrete frame, tensioned prestressed beam on 15^th September 2010.
- The rate of completion until August 2011:
+ Block A - 14 storeys: completed 100%.
+ Block B - 20 storeys: completed 100%.
+ Block C - 14 storeys: completed 100%.
- M & E system, fire protection, lighting protection, information system, security camera systems, etc. : completed 100%.
- Completed 100% architecture of garden, internal roads and other facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, canteen…)
- The project has been completed 100% and put into use in Quarter III/2011.
- Project has completed the selling apartments in 2014. Currently, Company has handed over Certificates of land use rights-ownership rights of houses and assets attached to land in Q3 2014 and will completed in 2015.
