HCM - Trung Luong Highway is designed with the speed of 120km/h, strictly following the international standards in highway design. This project is undertaken under the contract No. 4.2 which belonged to the Fourth Package of the project. The contract's value is 50bn VND. The project has completed, and opened to traffic on 3 February 2010. NBB has already arranged settlement and liquidation with the main investor.
